REACH法規中，豁免注冊物質有哪些？
1、放射性物質；
2、海關監管物資：海關監管目錄上，不經處理、暫時存放在保稅區或保稅倉庫再出口或過境物質；
3、不可分離中間體；同地使用和外運的可分離中間體
4、處于運輸過程的危險物質和在危險配制品中的物質，危險品的運載工具；
5、不屬于物質、配制品或物品：廢料。
6、人用或獸用藥品，進入或直接與人體接觸的醫用器具；
7、化妝品
8、食品添加、調味劑，食用香料；飼料添加劑；動物營養劑；
9、聚合物單體及其它化學物質：該單體或其它化學物質年生產或進口小于1噸；聚合物中游離未注冊單體小于2%。
10、聚合物、配制品、商品(物品)本身不必注冊。
11、REACH法規豁免附件包括的物質(附件IV物質附件V物質)。
12、用于產品與工藝研發(PPORD)的物質(5+5/10年)；
13、再次進口且已經注冊過的化學物質。
14、回收物質。

附件V：根據第2條第7款(b)項對于注冊義務的豁免
1.其他物質或物品暴露于如空氣、濕氣、微生物或陽光這樣的環境因素時偶然發生的化學反應得到的物質。
2.由儲存的另一種物質、配制品或物品偶然發生的化學反應產生的物質。
3.在其他物質、配制品和物品的最終使用中發生的化學反應中產生的而并非是制造商或進口商本身制造、進口或上市的物質。
4.并非以其本身制造、進口或投放市場并且源自下列情況引發的化學反應產生的某些物質：
(a)穩定劑、著色劑、調味劑、抗氧化劑、填充劑、溶劑、載體、表面活性劑、增塑劑、抗腐蝕劑、阻泡劑或消泡劑、分散劑、抑制沉淀劑、干燥劑、粘合劑、乳化劑、反乳化劑、脫水劑、膠凝劑、促黏劑、流動調節劑、pH值中和劑、阻隔劑、凝結劑、凝聚劑、阻燃劑、潤滑劑、鱉合劑或品質控配制品，當以上物質按預期目的發揮作用時；或者
(b)一種物質僅具備某種特定的物理化學特性，當其按預期目的發揮作用時。
5.副產品，除非以其自身進口或上市。
6.某種物質與水結合形成的氫氧化物和水合離子，設若這種物質已由制造商或進口商應用本免責條款注冊。
7.自然存在的下列物質，只要它們沒有經過化學改性。
礦物質、礦石、精礦、水泥渣、天然氣、液化石油氣、天然氣冷凝物、工業廢氣及其成分、原油、煤炭、焦炭等。
8.除第7條列舉的種類之外，其他自然存在、未經化學改性的物質，除非它們滿足據第67/548/EEC號指令的標準被分類為危險品。
9.氫、氧、惰性氣體(氬、氦、氖、氙)、氮等危害和風險已經被充分了解的基本元素物質。
